🌷 Processing & Delivery Time

Each BALVORY dress is prepared or sewn just for you, taking 3–7 business days before it’s ready to ship. After that, delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days within the U.S. 🌸

Please keep this in mind when placing your order—your gown is worth the wait ✨

💌 Returns

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags and packaging.
  • Final sale, custom, or personalized items are not eligible.

📝 How to Return

  1. Email support@balvory.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return (photos if damaged/defective).
  2. We’ll send RMA instructions—please write the RMA on the outside of your return package.
  3. Ship it back gently wrapped to:
