Each BALVORY dress is prepared or sewn just for you, taking 3–7 business days before it’s ready to ship. After that, delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days within the U.S. 🌸
Please keep this in mind when placing your order—your gown is worth the wait ✨
💌 Returns
- You have 14 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags and packaging.
- Final sale, custom, or personalized items are not eligible.
📝 How to Return
- Email support@balvory.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return (photos if damaged/defective).
- We’ll send RMA instructions—please write the RMA on the outside of your return package.
- Ship it back gently wrapped to:
